How to get Grok to build your ManyChat funnel for you
(and get hours of your time back)
Why build it with Grok?
Grok’s bots work on their own remote computer, with their own browser, rather than on yours.
You sign in to ManyChat once, and the bot builds, checks, and saves your funnel in the background while your laptop stays free. You don’t have to keep a tab open or watch it click around. You can even close your laptop.
Each bot also remembers your setup, tags, and rules, so your next funnel can be as simple as: “Duplicate the last one and change the guide.”
You can do the same thing with ChatGPT or Claude in your own browser if you prefer. The steps and the brief stay the same. The difference is that the work happens on your screen, in your logged-in browser, so you’ll need to stay with it while it runs.
I prefer Grok because you can literally do it from anywhere, you can even do it from your phone. It lets you act on your ideas quickly — and that’s the whole point.
Set it up in 4 steps
Install Grok
Download the Grok Bot app and sign in.
Create a ManyChat bot
In your main Grok chat, ask it to create a new bot for ManyChat work. For example: “Create a bot that builds and edits my ManyChat automations. It always saves them as drafts and never publishes.”
Give it access
In ManyChat, connect your Instagram account, and your Facebook Page as well if you want Messenger. Then ask the ManyChat bot to open ManyChat. It’ll ask you to sign in once in its browser, and it stays signed in after that.
Share the funnel text
Paste this brief to the ManyChat bot with the blanks filled in:
Build two draft funnels, one for Instagram and one for Messenger. Guide name: [Guide Name] Guide link: [https://your-guide-link.com] Trigger: comments on any post, keyword "[keyword]" Public replies to the comment (rotating): 1. Just sent you the [guide]! Check your DMs 2. Sent! Let me know if the [guide] made it to you 3. Your [guide] is on its way! Got it? 👀 Opening DM: "Hey, saw your comment on the video Click the button below to get my free [guide] 👇🏼" Button: "Send it!" Tags: [Guide Name] - Requested [Guide Name] - Follow Prompted (Instagram only) [Guide Name] - Link Sent [Guide Name] - Link Clicked Steps: 1. Add the Requested tag. 2. Already sent? If they have the Link Sent tag, send: "Looks like I've sent you this one before! Here's the link again in case it got buried:" plus the link button, then stop. 3. Instagram only, already a follower? If yes, go to step 5. If no, add the Follow Prompted tag and send "[Quick favour: follow me first so I can send it 🙏]" with a "Done! Check again." button that checks again. 4. Messenger has no follower check. 5. Add the Link Sent tag and send "Here's your free [guide] 👇🏼" with the link button "[Get the guide ✨]" (20 characters max). Clicking it adds the Link Clicked tag. Save both as drafts, check every text after saving, and tell me when they're ready.
Want a more advanced funnel?
If your funnel asks for an email, sends the guide by email, or adds people to a newsletter list, you’ll also need to connect your email service, for example Brevo or Mailchimp.
Connect your email service to ManyChat and give your Grok bot access to it too.
Add the email steps to your brief: ask for the email, save the contact, and send the email template.
